To assist the business lines in achieving their objectives, the Human Resources provides pro-active planning and day-to-day solutions, expert counsel, and accurate and timely Human Resorces information to clients, employees and management of the Company. This position demonstrates a high-level of integrity, a strong depth of knowledge, and a pro-active approach to customer service.
Work Settings
Office setting. The average workweek is 40 hours. While many manufacturers operate 24 hours/day, this position usually works during first shift.
Education
Bachelor degree, experience in various HR disciplines including compensation and benefits, labor relations, recruiting/staffing; PHR certification may be required
