The first responsibility of a ride operator is to maintain a safe atmosphere at the attraction while making customers feel welcome. These employees prevent possible problems by being aware of activities in area. These are seasonal positions.

There are no educational requirements for this position. Professional certification is required.
Salary
Ride operators earn between $7 and $9 per hour (seasonal).
Skill Requirements
Individuals in this position must have first aid training. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Ride Operators need to be able to stand long hours outside.
