Education

Many support staff have a high school education supplemented with technical training. Many employers are requiring an associate's degree.

Salary

Support staff earn between $20,000 and $25,000 per year

Skill Requirements

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with various software programs is important as well as excellent communication skills. An understanding of websites may be helpful.
