Maintenance - Chief Engineer - Responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel/resort property. They must have an extensive knowledge of and experience in maintaining and repairing building systems. Average salary $33,000-$37,000/yr.

Maintenance - Helper - Helpers work under the supervision of Chief Engineers to maintain and repair the hotel/resort property. This occupation requires a working knowledge of carpentry, electricity, plumbing and HVAC systems. Average wage $12.00-$14.00/hr.

Two Years of Education or an Associates Degree

Bachelors Degree or Higher

General Manager - Oversees the operation of the hotel or resort property and directs the activities of all other personnel at the facility. They develop and implement budgets are often involved in community affairs. Average salary $50,000-$60,000/yr plus bonuses.

Director of Sales and Marketing - Generates sales by developing marketing strategies, oversees sales representatives, represents the facility at trade shows and public networking events and develops programs to attract customers. Average salary $35,000-$40,000 plus sales commissions.
