High School Plus Training

Auto Racing is an important and well developed business. Many dream to be a race car driver, and there are numerous alternative opportunities in auto racing that also put individuals inside the action including Race Director, Crew Chief, Spotter and Team Manager. Behind the scenes people are employed in Promotions and Merchandising, Marketing and Endorsements, Event Organization and Race Track Management. A love of racing is a must, but it’s not enough by itself. You must have a positive personality, be easy to get along with, and possess an eagerness to give your customer the attention they deserve. Be at work on time, be at the track on time, and come with the right frame of mind to get things accomplished. People employed in the auto racing field generally have backgrounds in automotive technology. There are no educational requirements for workers in this sector.
