Local Tour Guide/Receptive Operators develop and market tours of the region. These tours range from bus tours for seniors to bicycle tours for special groups. They are responsible for all the details of the tour including arranging accommodations and meals, transportation, selecting which attractions to visit. They must follow market trends in order to produce a saleable product. This includes identifying the customer, their interests and pinpointing their travel preferences.

Skill Requirements
