Work closely with engineering staff to provide support to production and maintenance personnel in the installation, operation and problem resolution of production equipment. Analyze and recommend improvements to process flow and production efficiency. Design and construct machine fixtures and assemblies. Provide instruction and training to production and maintenance personnel. May make adjustments to CNC equipment programs or to machine tooling and fixtures.

Work Settings

Office and manufacturing floor setting. The average workweek is 40 hours. While many manufacturers operate 24 hours/day, this position usually works during first shift.
